To mark the end of the year and the conclusion of the Personnel Association’s (PA) 70th anniversary celebrations, you are invited to a party on Thursday, December 4, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Restaurant 1.

For the occasion, the CERN MusiClub will treat us to three performances:

• 6 p.m. – 7 p.m.: Valeria Galmarini – Valeria on vocals and Claudio on guitar for an intimate folk-rock set.
• 7:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.: Miss Proper and the Moving Targets – Miss Proper is a covers band formed at CERN in 2009. Their repertoire mainly features classic rock from the late 80s and 90s. Expect energetic tunes, surprising arrangements, and lots of fun!
• 9 p.m. – 10 p.m.: DJ Set by Jeremie and Nacho – Back-to-Back Vinyl Session.

On the food side, Novae will offer a special extended selection including snacks such as soups, crêpes, nuggets, burgers, and sausages with fries (vegan and non-vegan), in addition to the usual menus 1 and 2. For drinks, there will be the usual sodas and mineral waters, plus alcoholic and non-alcoholic beers, and mulled wine.
